- • Secured real estate acquisitions in the Caribbean and Mexico totaling more than 100 homes in 15 destinations and more than $250,000,000 in home value which contributed to taking the company from an early entrant to market leader over first 4 years of operations
- • Real estate acquisitions and dispositions primarily occurred in association with, or adjacent to, five star hotels and resorts (Four Seasons, Montage, Viceroy, St. Regis, Auberge, Ritz Carlton, Rosewood, Raffles) which resulted in multiple trophy assets
- • Acquisition work included complete due diligence, feasibility, legal negotiations and appraisal analysis resulting in significant reduction in third party costs
- • Negotiation and engagement of hotel management, branding service and amenity agreements with five star branded and independent hotel/resort operators
- • Management of construction/improvement activities remotely and onsite
- • Inspection/punch list management prior to delivery and occupancy of homes
- • Negotiation and purchase of FF&E, A/V and OS&E
- • Sourcing, negotiation and securing interim leased properties while purchased homes were under development
- • Reduction in operational costs of the club due to aggressive negotiation of management and services agreements
