A New Residential Play in Las Vegas
Azure Resorts & Hotels and Luxus Developments are doubling-down on Las Vegas with the official announcement of Pinnacle Residences, an 11-acre residential enclave in the pricey MacDonald Highlands neighborhood.
Scheduled to open in 2024, the property will offer panoramic views of the Las Vegas strip from every home. Residents have access to DragonRidge Country Club, as well as in-residence chef services, owner wine cellars, and a gourmet restaurant with 360-degree views of the Vegas skyline.
In a statement, Azure president Jim Reilly said the development combines “resort residential living with seamless services, appealing to buyers looking for a social, active, and healthy community.”
Designed by architectural firm WATG, the project includes 171 condominiums and 10 single-family villas, ranging from 2,400 to 6,600 square feet. Pricing will start at $1.5 million.
